Extraordinary General Meeting

The NDCCCS Board of Deacons welcomes all ND members to attend our Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday 8 December, 1:30 pm at Epping Boys High Edmund Barton Centre.

The NDCCCS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 8th at 1:30 pm. The meeting will take place in person at Epping Boys High School. In order to facilitate the congregation's fellowship, there will be no online Zoom available.
According to the church's constitution, the quorum required for the meeting is not less than a quarter of the total membership, which is a total of 68 members. Please note that proxy forms will not be counted as the quorum. It is the responsibility of each member to attend the meeting, as the unity of the congregation is important.
A light lunch will be provided before the EGM at the open area outside the hall, and an offering is recommended. please register using this link: tinyurl.com/ndegm2024.
The meeting notice will be sent via email to all members on 17th November.

If you are unable to attend the EGM in person, you can submit a proxy form.
A proxy form is attached to the Notice of Meeting.
